Welcome to Dogwood Interiors. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Overview

Dogwood Interiors offers vintage and second-hand home décor. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and gently aged, items may show wear consistent with their history. All descriptions and photos aim to represent each item accurately.

By purchasing from Dogwood Interiors, you acknowledge that you are buying vintage items and that natural imperfections are part of their character.


2. Ordering

When you place an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including your shipping address and contact information. Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed and cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.

Dogwood Interiors reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.


3. Pricing & Availability

Prices for items are subject to change without notice. All products are vintage or one-of-a-kind, and availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

Dogwood Interiors is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues, but will notify you if such an issue occurs.


4. Shipping

All orders ship UPS Ground from North Carolina. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Processing time for orders is 5–8 business days, unless otherwise noted. Transit times are determined by UPS and may vary.

Once a package has been handed to UPS, Dogwood Interiors is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs in transit. UPS handles delivery timelines and tracking updates.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label and any return fees charged by UPS.

  • If a package cannot be retrieved or is delivered to an incorrect address and not returned to Dogwood Interiors, the order cannot be refunded or replaced.


6. Returns, Cancellations & Damages

All sales are final. Because each item is unique and often fragile, returns and cancellations are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damage

Approved damage claims will be refunded. Because all items are one-of-a-kind, replacements are not available.


7. Product Descriptions

I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photos of each item. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or device screens.

Vintage items commonly show age, patina, or wear. These characteristics are not considered defects.


8. Intellectual Property

All photos, product descriptions, branding, and content on this site belong to Dogwood Interiors and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.


9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Dogwood Interiors Privacy Policy. I do not sell or share customer information.


10. Changes to Terms

Dogwood Interiors may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
